Según Hidrandina, hay un aumento del 30% en el uso de los canales digitales
El uso de los canales digitales de pago de recibos de energía eléctrica en Hidrandina S.A. continúa en aumento desde que la empresa se adaptó a las nuevas medidas por la Covid-19, y se repotenciaron los canales de atención virtual, así lo informó la supervisora del área de Recaudación, Janet Vargas.
El objetivo de Hidrandina S.A. siempre ha sido facilitar a los usuarios, el pago de sus recibos, creando más medios de pago, dentro de ellos los digitales, cuyo uso se incrementó en un 30%, pudiendo estos realizar sus transacciones a través de su celular, ingresando a la opción YAPEAR SERVICIOS.
Los usuarios también pueden cancelar sus recibos a través de la página web www.distriluz.com.pe, en la opción Pagar recibo de luz, debiendo solo ingresar el código de suministro y seguir la secuencia descrita en este medio.
Adicionalmente, Hidrandina S.A. cuenta con el canal digital denominado Billeteras Electrónicas, que permite el pago de los recibos de luz, escaneando el código QR impreso en los mismos, pudiendo accesar, adicionalmente, del aplicativo “Yapear Servicios” a Plin, Tunki, Agora PAY y Bim, entre otros.
Asimismo, la empresa de energía eléctrica recomienda a todos los usuarios verificar la fecha de vencimiento de sus recibos de luz y ser puntuales en el pago, para evitar cortes del servicio.
